Are deposits required?
Yes, a deposit that will be deducted from your total is required. The amount will vary depending on the project and your service provider.
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE
if an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, 48 hours notice is required. Insufficient notice will result in loss of the deposit. Arriving to your appointment 10 minutes late or later will result in loss of deposit and rescheduling of appointment.
What are your payment options?
Currently deposits are E-transfer only, appointments may be paid for via etransfer or cash (tiff and janie can also take card transactions)
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Have a good nights sleep and a meal before coming in. wear clothes that allow for easy access to the area being tattooed, and items you won't mind potentially getting ink on. Feel free to bring your own snacks and beverages to the appointment as well!
Do you tattoo minors? and is photo id required?
Typically no. Penny will tattoo 16-17 years old, ONLY TO COVER SCARS AND with parental consent. up to date photo id is required upon arrival to your appointment, for those under 18 a parent or legal guardian must be present and bring their id also. Under 16s will not be tattooed under any circumstances.
Can I get tattooed while pregnant?
Getting tattooed while pregnant is 100% a no. if you have an appointment booked and find out you're expecting, let your artist know the good news and they will be happy to hold your deposit on file for as long as you need until you can re book!
Can I bring friends?
We allow support humans, but please limit to one or two. Space is limited and it can be distracting having an audience!
Will you draw me a tattoo before I book?
Nope! Designing a tattoo takes time, and to make sure we can give each client our 100% best, our artists will not design your piece without a deposit. once we receive your appointment application we will be in touch to discuss further and give you an estimate on price/ time. Once we're on the same page we will take your deposit and book the appointment.
We draw custom work in the days leading up to the appointment and do not send finished artwork out ahead of time. when you arrive to the appointment we will go over the design and make any changes necessary.
Drastic changes may require rebooking.
